Itineraries

Day 1

Dehradun to Nag Tibba Base Camp via Pantwari

Your journey begins early at 7:00 AM from Tehsil Chowk, Dehradun, where you’ll meet our team and fellow trekkers. From here, enjoy a picturesque drive through the lush greenery of Doon Valley, passing charming villages and mountain views as we make our way to Pantwari Village, reaching around 11:00 AM. After a short break and a trek briefing, the adventure begins with a 3 to 4-hour trek towards the Nag Tibba Base Camp. The trail takes you through a mix of rocky paths, forested areas, and open meadows. By 5:00 PM, you’ll reach the serene base camp, where warm snacks and hot tea await. As the sun sets behind the mountains, enjoy a cozy campfire, dinner, and stargazing before resting for the night in comfortable tents.

Day 2

Your PlanSummit Nag Tibba & Return to Dehradun

Wake up by 1:30 AM for an early start to the summit trek. After a light breakfast, begin the climb to Nag Tibba Top (9,915 ft) under the moonlit sky. The trail gradually ascends through dense forests and snowy ridges, offering a truly magical pre-dawn experience. Upon reaching the summit, you’ll be rewarded with spectacular panoramic views of iconic Himalayan peaks like Bandarpoonch, Swargarohini, Kedarnath, and Gangotri. After soaking in the beauty, start your descent back to the base camp. Enjoy a wholesome lunch (Rajma Chawal) and relax for a bit before heading back to Pantwari. From there, we drive back to Dehradun, with an expected arrival time of around 9:00 PM, bringing your short but unforgettable Himalayan journey to a close.

The best time to trek Nag Tibba is from February to mid-June and mid-September to January. If you love snow, go between December and February. For pleasant weather and clear views, March to May is ideal.
